Shipping Charges: Items are shipped UPS.
NOTE!!Shipping charges are actual UPS and
are calculated and added at time of shipment and include a $2.50 handling charge per carton. Longer
and oversize items incur UPS additional handling
charges. These include, but are not limited to 72"
and 96" long hinges. Contact us with any questions, or for
further information.
Payment Terms: Visa, MasterCard or C.O.D. unless
credit has been established with our company. Open
account terms are Net 30 days. Moore Industrial
Hardware reserves the right to change credit terms at
anytime, without notice to its customers.
Minimum Order Amount: none
Prices: Due to market fluctuations we reserve the
right to change prices without notice. All prices are
subject to all Federal, State and Local taxes.
Quotations: Please fax or e-mail us your quote
request. All quotes are subject to prompt acceptance
by our customer. Pricing stated on all written
quotations shall be good for 30 days from the date
shown on the quotation. Please provide the quotation
number when ordering. Moore Industrial Hardware
reserves the right to correct stenographic errors and
to reject orders if unsatisfactory credit is found.
All bids and quotations are subject to all Federal,
State and Local taxes.
Damage Claims: If shipment appears damaged, do not
pay freight bill unless the carrier marks damage on
it. Claims or shortages must be reported to seller
within 10 days of the invoice date. The purchaser
must retain all packaging materials if a damage claim
will be filed against the carrier. Failure to retain
packaging materials will result in the claim being
denied. Seller will furnish all available
information, trace shipments to destination, and give
any other assistance requested to assist the
purchaser in filing a claim.
Returned Goods: Your complete satisfaction is our
goal. All returns must be authorized and made within
30 days of the invoice date. If you need to return an
item we ask that you contact our customer service
department for a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)
number and shipping instructions. We will need to
know the purchase order number, invoice number, and
part number(s) on merchandise being returned. The RGA
number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
package being returned. All returns may be subject to
a restocking charge. Moore Industrial Hardware
reserves the right to reject returns that do not have
a Return Goods Authorization number. Return requests
past 30 days beyond the invoice date must have
manager approval and are subject to a restocking
charge. We are unable to accept returns on used or
special order items.
Errors: It is our sincere goal to fill orders with
100% accuracy. Please notify us immediately of any
error in filling your order so that we can correct
the error to you satisfaction.
Ohio Sales Taxes: Ohio state sales taxes will be
collected on every order, except when your State Tax
Exemption Certificate is on file with us. It is the
customer's responsibility to provide us with this
documentation prior to sale.
Responsibility: Information herein is supplied by the
manufacturer of the item. While we believe it to be
generally correct, we do not guarantee it. Product
specifications are subject to change by the
manufacturer.
Limited Warranty: Neither we nor the manufacturer
shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage,
direct or consequential, arising out of the use or
inability to use any item sold by us, but our only
obligation in lieu of all warranties express or
implied is limited to the replacement of the item
proved to be defective. Before using, the user must
determine the suitability of the product for its
intended use, and the user assumes all risk in
connection therewith. This warranty is in lieu of all
other warranties, express or implied. Any warranty
implied by law, including warranties of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose,
are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this
contract. No representative or person is allowed to
give any other warranty or to assume for seller any
other liability in connection with products sold by
Moore Industrial Hardware. Seller will not be liable
for any incidental or consequential damages.
